REFUND POLICY

Refunds for orders are only accepted within 1 week of purchase.

Any seized order, shipped to an incorrect address, or already shipped by the time of refund request is not eligible for refund.

Stickers are non-refundable but if the product received is defective, a replacement can be sent upon request.

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be brand new, unwashed, tags attached (if any), and odorless. It must also be in the original packaging.

1. Items using sale promo codes over 15% off (For orders with promo codes between 15% off and 25% off, we will accept the return BUT there will be a 25% restocking fee.)

2. Sale items will also have a 25% restocking fee.

-Full name on the order

-Order #

-Items you would like to return

Please allow 3 - 4 business days for a response. Once we approve your request, we will send over instructions on how to go forward with the return.
