WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Orders will take no more than 5 business days until they start shipping. Shipping time varies on your location but orders within the US take around 2 to 3 business days.

Misunderstood. is NOT responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country. We do not provide or cover destination country tax and duty charges if occurred. Please check with your country's customs before you order to ensure a successful delivery.

WHAT IS TAKUMINA EXPRESS?

Takumina Express is a delivery method only available to the LA, OC, and IE areas in SoCal. Our tofu delivery boy (@st.miina) will hand deliver the order to you in his AE86. Shipping times vary depending on traffic.

MISUNDERSTOOD WILL NOT REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID IF THE ADDRESS IS TOO FAR. PLEASE PAY AT YOUR OWN RISK OR DM US TO MAKE SURE WE CAN MAKE IT. IF WE CANNOT HAND DELIVER IT, WE WILL SHIP IT USING PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING.

I ACCIDENTALLY PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

Please e-mail us at misunderstoodsupply@gmail.com with a photo of the defect within' 24 hours of the delivery. After 24 hours, we will not accept any defect complaints.
